My customers are manufacturers. They use MS SQL because it is bilt-in the production aquisition system link to PLC. Your software would be nice to help reduce down time by having a good knowledge base. I often proposed your software but they always reject it because it is not MS SQL compatible. The hosting is also reject because the internet is not allow to all users.
