Paste images directly into WYSIWYG editor without manual upload
Screenshots normally require you to do a print screen command, then open your image editor, edit as needed, save the file, then upload to the server and select the image in the WYSIWYG editor that you have uploaded.

Add front-end only users
That would be nice to be able to create users who have access to the front-end only and can't login to the back-end(control panel). I want also to control what articles and categories they can see.

Allow attachments to be edited within the tool. As opposed to downloading, saving locally, deleting, then attaching the new article. This approach does not support a company trying to discourage documents being saved locally.

Usage stats per user (reading and downloading activity) is key to control abnormal activity by users
I work for a business consulting firm. For us, due to confidentiality issues, it is key to know if any user is downloading and reading "too much". Also, we would like to know if the users (specific users) are using the tool.

Offer the ability to export
Allow users to export an article (at least to pdf), so they have the option to save them to disk.

Add ordering of the articles inside the category
Now it is kind of torture to create step-by-step how-to categories because articles inside the category can be ordered by name, date and rating only. But it will be extremely useful (at least for me) if it would be possible to set custom ordering.

Integration with popular forum software or built-in simple forum
Would be great if this either had it's own simple forum script included with it, or simple integration with popular forum scripts such as fluxbb, vbulletin, phpbb or smf. It would make this a killer little software support option.

undo / redo when making article.
its really annoying that there is no undo redo button when making article, for layman its hard, simple addon for programmers but must have 95% are used to MS word undo/ redo button.

Allow attachments to be copied for ease in e-mailing externally
Instead of downloading, saving the file locally then attaching the file to an e-mail, we'd like to right click and COPY the attachment and be able to paste into an e-mail string.

The sequence of articles in "published" knowledge base
At this moment the sequence of the articles can be influenced on the front end of the knowledge base. When the publish function it is used, it is NOT possible to influence the sequence. This should also be the case.

Basically allow for the option to turn Categories into their own Articles that can be used for organization while also displaying info.

Multilingual Articles
Add multilingual articles support.

I create an article in a folder and i can enter this same article in 4 languages.
