Allow attachments to be hyper-linked to within an Article - just like other Articles and Email links [updated]

The Editor currently allows hyper-links for Articles and email adresses. We would like Attachments to be hyperlinked within Articles, also.

Instead of downloading, saving the file locally then attaching the file to an e-mail, we'd like to right click and COPY the attachment and be able to paste into an e-mail string.

- used for Sending custom mail item's to specific persons or initiator of the workflow triggerd by the change, creation or deletion of an object. (Microsoft CRM has this quite well worked out! Only thing they miss is starting a custom made script triggered by an custom event).

Thumbnail option for images [updated]

would be great if you can insert an image into an article with the option of having it displayed as a thumbnail and when user clicks on the image that it expands to full size.

undo / redo when making article. [updated]

its really annoying that there is no undo redo button when making article, for layman its hard, simple addon for programmers but must have 95% are used to MS word undo/ redo button.

Paste images directly into WYSIWYG editor without manual upload [updated]

Screenshots normally require you to do a print screen command, then open your image editor, edit as needed, save the file, then upload to the server and select the image in the WYSIWYG editor that you have uploaded. The ability to past images such as screenshots directly from the clipboard would save tons of time. If any editing of screenshots is needed it can be done in an image editor but then simply select and copy from the image editor and past into the WYSIWYG still removes the extra steps of uploading and selecting.
