Create a downloadable KMP operating manual
It would be very helpful to have a downloadable, detailed PDF operating manual for KMP. Going back and forth to the website HTML is a real pain, and there's so much power and options in KMP that having this would be very helpful.

Add option to show/hide unpublished articles for signed in users
Currently properties "Publish"/"Expires" for articles work for anonymous users only. Once you login you will see both Published and Non Published articles. The idea is to add an option that will hide all "Unpublished" articles at the front-end for logged in users.

Simple Help Ticket Managment
I would like a simple integrated help ticket managment script on the backend. Email submitted using the form on the site would be handled by a simple ticket manager, enabling better use as a complete support system.
There is an option that allows you to forward all question submissions to an email address.

Add categories next to article names in public/front facing view.
As it is now, adding articles with similar titles across categories becomes confusing as there is no context to your title. Something along the lines of "article name -- category here" would be excellent.

Make custom fields "infobox" customizable
The infobox created by the custom fields is stationary. It would be great if we could edit and format it, like the neat special "infoboxes" Wikipedia has.

Allow addition of RSS feeds from other sites
It would be nice to simply add any website's RSS feed into the home page, say in it's own panel. Perhaps something like the Google AJAX feed API.

Add a section for news that is ordered by date
It would be nice to have a news section on the main page that could be customized for each user group. Something like the top 10 news items sorted by latest update date.
