Multilingual Articles

Add multilingual articles support.
Example :
I create an article in a folder and i can enter this same article in 4 languages.
Depending on user connected, the proper language will be displayed

Thank you. There probably should be some sort of selector for different article translations. Possibly it may be the same selector as suggested for UI language.
