This is a simple html marque that cycles as found on http://www.hypergurl.com/marquee.html. The application is to provide a reminder/alert setup that would cycle with article titles from either left to right / right to left.

Customization would be great in setting categories for alert types, Reminder, Urgent, Critical, Medium, etc and each category would have a different background color for the Marquee.

Applications would be a help desk or internal company need to announce outages, procedure update reminders so that if the KB is left open at an employee's computer he would get constant reminders of important topics.

The titles should be in URL format so that if clicked it would go straight to the article made in the KB for it. It should also have a hover feature that would stop the marquee from moving to read.

An option to see all alerts in a summary page would be nice as well maybe by clicking an image to the left of the marquee to see all messages at once and go directly to the articles from this setup as well.
