Make custom fields to be placed and designed separately from each other

I would like to split up the content of the main article by using several WYSIWYG custom fields. To do so I need to be able to place e.g custom field 1 above the article and with bold formatting, custom field 2 below the main article, etc. This would improve the ability to create database-like profiles.

We want to use article custom fields in different parts of page. For example I want to show some custom fields in the header part of article
and in the footer of article.
