We need a check on content. So if there is a new article and
groups/users have been subscrived to it and receive info about a new
article then they should read this. We need a check on this to see that
people have @least followed the link. Manufacturer's demand that we can
show them proof that people have read the new info/article. Offcourse
after reading it we need a proof of it. If somebody did not read it then
they need to be send a reminder and we need to be aible to see who
havent read it.
