When somebody or we subscrive a person/group to a main cattegory then
we want an option to let this person also be automaticly be subscribed
to all it's sub category's and if a new catergoy is made also
automaticly be subscrived. So if we subscrive a person/group to a
cattergory then we should get a question "do you want to subscrive to
all sub and future cattergories" and to make it easier we could make a
option in the group rights "always subsrive to sub and future sub
cattergories. So that we dont get this question anymore.
