KB Manager is a product used for technical support / hotline etc.. some company like mine have Onsite technical people who need to access the KB during onsite visit. When they browse the KB via BBY the display is terrible. I would be great if the could access a different portal with a display optimized for SmartPhone. KBManager could detect the device and switch to the proper portal.
