Now it is kind of torture to create step-by-step how-to categories because articles inside the category can be ordered by name, date and rating only. But it will be extremely useful (at least for me) if it would be possible to set custom ordering.

Allow attachments to be edited within the tool. As opposed to downloading, saving locally, deleting, then attaching the new article. This approach does not support a company trying to discourage documents being saved locally.

I would like to see the articles that match ALL the selected categories, not at least one.

At this moment the sequence of the articles can be influenced on the front end of the knowledge base. When the publish function it is used, it is NOT possible to influence the sequence. This should also be the case.

Two solutions:
1 use the same sequence in published knowledge bases as in the front end
2 Add an integer field "sequence" in the article record. This can be used to build de sequence in both front end and published KB

Featured articles are also not displayed higher in the published database. This should also be the case.

My articles are usually large and I need some additional navigation within the article. It would be nice to have automatically generated Table of Contents (ToC), so I will go to some chapter in one click.

Now you can only choose a template for everybody. It would be great to can differentiate the look and feel depending on who is visiting, if it's a customer or an employee, the access level that he has, etc.
